Why we exist

Pakistan makes an enormous share of the world’s surgical instruments, sports goods, home textiles and leather. Buying it from abroad has historically meant navigating layers of intermediaries, opaque pricing, and quality that varies between the sample and the shipment.

TradeZexa exists to remove that uncertainty. Every product is reviewed before it is listed. Tier pricing is published rather than negotiated privately. Minimum order quantities, stock levels and lead times are stated on the product page instead of discovered after a deposit.

How we are different

On most trade platforms you are buying from a supplier you have to evaluate yourself. On TradeZexa, TradeZexa is your counterparty. Buyers see products and categories, not company names — our team carries responsibility for quality, dispute resolution and delivery.

That has a practical consequence worth stating plainly: we do the vetting, so you don’t have to run a supplier-audit process for every order.

Hybrid by design

Some orders are straightforward — you know the product, the quantity fits a published tier, and you want it now. Those go through the cart like any e-commerce purchase. Others are not: custom specifications, volumes beyond the published ladder, or a product we don’t stock yet. Those go through a request for quote, and a member of our sourcing team comes back with a firm price.

Both paths end in the same place — one order, one reference number, one invoice, tracked the same way.

Where we operate

We source from eight manufacturing clusters across Pakistan and ship domestically and internationally. Our team is based in Karachi, with review staff covering Sialkot, Faisalabad and Gujranwala.
