How it works

From sign-up to delivery

What actually happens at each step, including the parts most marketplaces leave vague.

1. Creating an account

Choose whether you are buying or selling — the two flows differ, and the choice cannot be skipped. Buyers give a name, email, mobile number and country, verify the email with a six-digit code, and pick a delivery region. Signing up with Google skips the code, because Google has already verified the address.

2. Finding what you need

Search across product titles, descriptions and specifications, then narrow by price, MOQ, origin region, listing type, rating and availability. Every filter lives in the URL, so a filtered result set is a link you can send to a colleague.

If a search returns nothing we say so plainly and offer to source it, rather than padding the page with loosely related products.

3. Understanding the price

Most products are priced in tiers: the more you order, the lower the unit price. The full ladder is published on the product page, and the price updates live as you change the quantity — including a prompt when you are close to the next tier.

MOQ is the minimum order quantity, and it is enforced rather than suggested. Prices are shown in PKR with an indicative USD conversion, always prefixed “≈” because it is a guide rather than the settlement amount.

4. Buy now, or request a quote

Products marked Buy Now go straight into the cart. Products marked Pricing on request are quoted per order — as are custom specifications and volumes above the published ladder. Quotes are issued by our sourcing team, carry a validity date, and convert directly into an order at the quoted price when you accept.

5. Paying

Card and wallet payments run through Safepay on their own hosted page, so your card details never touch our servers. Bank transfer gives you our account details and a ZX- reference — upload the receipt and we verify it, usually the same working day. Cash on delivery is available on smaller orders in eligible regions.

Whatever the method, the order total is recomputed from our database at the moment the order is created. If it differs from what you were shown, we stop and ask you to confirm the corrected figure rather than charging you.

6. Delivery and tracking

Each product publishes its own lead time, and your delivery estimate updates once you set a destination region. Once the order ships you get the carrier, the tracking number and a direct link. Orders above PKR 500,000 ship free to domestic destinations.

7. If something goes wrong

You can cancel yourself at any point before dispatch; after that it becomes a request our team reviews. Cancelling releases reserved stock and refunds through the original payment method. Reviews can only be left by buyers who actually received the product.
