How the application works
- Step 1
Pick your categories
Choose one to five categories. If yours isn't listed, propose it — that never blocks your application.
- Step 2
Submit your first product
Name, description, stock, unit, price, MOQ, images and origin region. Drafts save as you go.
- Step 3
Confirm how to reach you
Email, mobile and WhatsApp. A member of our team contacts you after reviewing your submission.
- Step 4
Review and approval
Usually within two business days. You can watch the status move through every stage in your portal.
We are the counterparty
Buyers deal with TradeZexa, not with you. No haggling threads, no buyer disputes landing in your inbox.
Transparent commission
The rate is frozen onto each order at the moment it is created, so a later rate change never touches an order you already fulfilled.
You keep control of your listings
Edit an approved product and the live version stays published until the edit is approved. Fixing a typo never takes you offline.
What we ask of you
- Photographs of the actual product, not catalogue renders.
- Specifications that match what ships, including any certification you claim.
- Stock figures you keep current — you can adjust stock without re-approval.
- A response on WhatsApp when our team reaches out about an order.
Commission and payouts
Commission is a percentage of the order value, set per category and visible in your portal. It is deducted automatically and shown on every order line, so your net is never a calculation you have to do yourself.
Earnings move into your available balance after the hold window closes. Request a payout against that balance at any time above the minimum; we process it and mark it paid with a bank reference. Your bank details are entered once and masked in every read path afterwards.
If an application is rejected
You get the reviewer’s comment in full, explaining exactly what needs to change — not a generic rejection. Revise and resubmit reopens the form with everything you originally entered still in place.
Being a seller does not stop you buying
A seller account is also a full buyer account. You browse and purchase exactly like any other buyer; the seller role is additive, never restrictive.
