Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

When you place an order on TradeZexa, your contract is with TradeZexa. We are the counterparty of record — not the manufacturer whose goods fulfil the order. Buyers do not see, and do not contract with, the underlying seller.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account. We never ask for your password, and our staff can neither see nor set it — a reset always goes to your registered email.

Access to the catalog requires a completed account. We may suspend an account for fraudulent activity, repeated chargebacks, or misuse of the platform, and will tell you why.

3. Pricing and orders

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees. Any USD figure shown is an indicative conversion prefixed with “≈” and is not a settlement price.

The order total is recomputed from our records at the moment the order is created. Values submitted by your browser are ignored. If the recomputed total differs from what you were shown, we halt the order and ask you to confirm the corrected figure. Minimum order quantities and tier pricing are enforced at that point, not merely displayed.

An order is confirmed as paid only when payment is verified — by a signed webhook from our payment provider, or by a member of our staff verifying a bank transfer receipt.

4. Delivery

Lead times published on a product page are estimates from dispatch readiness, not guarantees of arrival. Where a delay is material we contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order without approval while it is awaiting payment, in payment review, paid, or processing. Once shipped, cancellation becomes a request our team reviews. Cancelling releases reserved stock and refunds any settled payment through the original method.

6. Reviews

Reviews may be left only by a buyer who received the product on a verified order, one per product. Reviews are moderated before publication. We remove reviews containing personal data, abuse, or content unrelated to the product, and tell the author why.

7. Prohibited items

Counterfeit goods, items infringing a third party’s intellectual property, weapons, controlled substances, and anything whose sale is restricted under Pakistani law may not be listed or ordered. We remove such listings and may suspend the account responsible.

8. Liability

Our liability in relation to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes bump the policy version, and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
